Fran Schwartz, founder of Integral Healthcare for Women, LLC, has over decades of experience in executive management of ob/gyn, midwifery and birth center providers. She brings her expertise to start-up birth centers and established birth centers in all aspects of development, operations and revenue.

Fran was the previous CEO and Executive Director of the only accredited and licensed birthing center in metro New York. She is a strong advocate for the advancement of birthing centers and served as an elected board member of the AABC, the national organization of birth centers and served as past chair of the Industry Relations Committee and other Committee leadership positions.

Since founding Integral Healthcare for Women, Fran has consulted and advised birth center owners in dozens of states. She recently led a startup client in its acquisition and development of three birth centers in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Her dedication and commitment to the mission of increasing birth centers in the US is a testament to forging a better maternal healthcare landscape for all.
